"This is my favorite nose ring. I've ordered multiple ones of this exact ring. The sparkle in this stone is incomparable to any other piece of nose jewelry I have found. The only issue is that after a few months (I shower with the nose ring in), the stone/ gem falls out. I'm thankful they are super cheap, and I just replace the nose ring. I think to keep this from happening, I might try putting clear nail polish over the next one to see if that keeps it in place. I truly love this nose screw the best of all."
