"The nose ring is as advertised. I personally feel like a 1.5mm nose stud is too small because I also bought the 14k gold 2mm diamond nose ring and it's absolutely stunning and sparkly. Because it's so small you can't really tell if it's a real ruby and it looks pretty dull. Could have just bought a white gold cz nose ring for cheaper and it would have looked the same."
