"Nice product. Seems high-quality so far and looks great. Customer service for company unable to help with minor issue. Didn't realize I was ordering the wrong style/shape. (misunderstood what "fishtail" meant) at first (the one I wanted was exactly the same stone/material/price/gauge), but I alerted customer service about my mistake within 15 minutes of placing the order... They said they couldn't modify the order and send the same nose ring with a different style of post so I would have to wait to receive the wrong shape, return it for credit, then buy the exact same ring with different shaped post. I ended up just carefully bending the post and it works fine and looks how I wanted. Not a big deal in the end but would have been nice to have been allowed to change or cancel my order since I wanted to buy the same ring at the same price just in a different style and realized the mistake within 15 minutes, long before the ring was pulled from the store's supply or shipped."
