"First of all, the earrings are really good quality, and so cute. I've gotten tons of compliments already. But, I just want to really shout out the customer service people who work for this company. I had a ton of trouble (all of it MY fault; double check your addresses, folks) with USPS, and in the end it wound up failing to get to me and had to return to sender. But everyone was so helpful and nice and happy to help me get my address corrected so that it could be resent out, it was a big relief. Maybe it was annoying having to deal with USPS and not getting it the first time around (oh my God, USPS, take notes on customer service quality, PLEASE), but my experience with the customer service staff has made me a loyal customer, and I will be buying more jewelry (sent to the *correct* address) again!"
