"I bought this for my industrial piercings. Sometimes the bar can put too much pressure while I sleep so these hinged segment hoops were a great alternative. The hinge is hidden so it's not noticable where to disconnect. Can be bad if you're looking to open it but the appearance when worn is great. The hinge was easy to open and close. You can hear a snap when closed. The size was perfect for the ear, no big dangle so it hugs the ear nicely"
