"These are beautiful plugs but they are a heavy set. Comfortable to wear as long as you have a thicker band on them to keep them in. The grooves to hold the bands are barely cut in them and the bands themselves are thin. I have old thin silicone rings that I was able to stretch around them to hold them in place better. Overall still happy with them and wear them. Even slept with them in a few nights."
