Work great. Would love to
"Work great. Would love to have a rubber coating on the ends just to keep marring down due to the nature of the piercing, but otherwise they work as described and comfortable to hold."

Large Body Jewelry Ring Closing Pliers 5 1/2
If you need a little help getting your large size captive ring shut after you put it into your piercing then this pair of closing pliers for BCR jewelry is the body jewelry tool you need. Made with durable stainless steel, these large size body jewelry pliers feature deep grooves that help to hold your jewelry in place. These 5 1/2" pliers can be used to close the gap for captive jewelry that measures 5/8" or larger and may be useful for captive piercings that range from 20 gauge to 6 gauge in size. To use, place the nose of your closing pliers onto the sides of the captive ring and squeeze handles gently until the captive closes just slightly and the captive bead connects.
1. Place nose of closing pliers onto sides of the captive ring.
2. Squeeze handles until the captive ring is held fast by the pliers and rests within the appropriate grooves.
3. Squeeze the handles gently until the captive closes just slightly and the captive bead connects. Be careful not to squeeze the captive too much or the piece may become damaged.
NOTE: These stainless steel captive ring closing pliers are for use with large diameter and large gauge rings. Protect rings with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the finish on your jewelry.
