"I'm in love with this thing. It looks really sparkly and pretty in your mouth. I was also concerned that food might get caught around the ridges, but it's not really an issue. And when it does happen, it hides in the sparkles and ridges pretty well. You just have to be sure to brush it when you brush your teeth. It's a little pokey on the roof of your mouth. It did make it a little sore for me, but you just have to be careful when you eat and give your body time to get used to it."
