"So beautiful!! Fits perfectly, but if I were to order again, I might order 1mm larger diameter than what I normally wear. The rhinestone at the top of the cluster puts the slightest amount of pressure on the skin under my septum, which keeps it from rotating off center, but is slightly uncomfortable after extended wear."
