Safe for My Sensitive Skin!
"I adore this jewelry for several reasons, most of which stem from the issues I was having with the jewelry I was pierced with. I have a high sensitivity to nickel and the jewelry I was pierced with (surgical steel, yes it does contain some nickel) was delaying my healing. I carefully switched it out for this 14k gold, and while I know it likely also contains a small amount of nickel, it has been much more comfortable and less irritating to my skin. I'm now healing much much better. This bar is also longer than my initial jewelry, which allowed more space for swelling. Finally, my nickel allergy from my initial jewelry caused me to swell so much that the top gem was beginning to sink into my skin. The top ball of this jewelry, combined with the longer bar and lower nickel content, hasn't caused any sinking! I don't know if my piercing would have ever healed had I not switched it out. The jewelry looks beautiful, is very secure, and is great for sensitive skin. 10/10"
