"So here are my thoughts on this piece.It came exactly as pictured.It was bigger then I thought it would be it takes up the whole upper part of my ear but the way it lays it doesnt bother me during sleep and or on a daily basis.The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it was a pain getting it in I couldnt get the other ball off so I had to slide the whole thing off and put the stoppers back on it was just to much.The other reason is its turning my skin behind the elephant part green.I got it on sale for a great price so overall I like it."
