"I was very excited to get these. I put them in my industrial piercing, just wanted to switch it up and get something different besides the barbells I've had. So they did great! Looked awesome, got quite a few compliments on them. Unfortunately, not even a couple of days after wearing them, each one had a ball come off due to being dethreaded. I'm guessing they were mostly dethreaded when I put them in & just gave out.. because I didn't touch them, and don't sleep on that side of my head. So that was kind of a bummer!! Buutttt.... silver lining! I emailed Body Candy to report what had happened & sent them pictures and of course, they responded back almost immediately. They told me they were sending me two new replacements! And emailed me a code for a free 20$ for anything on their site! So even though the first set didn't work, I already have a new pair on its way & ordering my 20$ worth of new items! Body Candy is always great! Their customer service is THE BOMB! & I always love their products, because even if something happens... they send new ones without question. I mean how can you compete with that? Low prices.. good products... amazing customer service! What else can you ask for?! & they have something for EVERYONE no matter what kinda piercing you've got! So... I recommend ordering yourself some BODY CANDY♡☆"
