You get two that are made with flexible Bioplast straight barbells and 6mm acrylic ball ends - one in red and one in clear. You also get two that are made with 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells with 6mm bottom ball ends. One features a dice charm top end with the official D&D ampersand.
