"The product itself was a little disappointing being the 1st one was broken as soon as it was unpackaged and the 2nd has already lost several stones. However the customer service to replace the 1st one was amazing and speedily replaced. So great customer service with concern for customer satisfaction and such speedy results for correcting the problem go a long way in my book so the 5 stars are for employees and company reasons not necessarily for product."
