"I have yet to receive my order. I ordered on March 6, 2021. I paid for VIP order processing. I received notice March 8th my order shipped. I waited 7 business days before reaching out to Sales for assistance, as the tracking information said the order was still being processed.... 7 DAYS after it said it shipped and I paid for VIP order processing... On March 23rd, support let me know that when an order is printed for fulfillment it triggers automatic shipping email, which is highly deceiving, and to wait 5 to 10 business days AFTER that to see updated tracking information.. Now on March 29, 2021 my order status still hasn't changed. A friend who ordered the same day as I, with more items and without VIP processing received their order over a week ago... This is my first purchase, and I will not be purchasing from Body Candy again. I am seeking a full refund."
