"This item is hard for me to rate, the first one that I received I was so pumped for! It arrived and I immediately wanted to put it in, but I could not, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, get the ball off the end. I asked so many people to try and get it off, used towels, and rubber gloves, it would not get off!!!! So I contacted the company and told them the situation, they sent me another within a couple of days. I got the new one, and I could not believe it! THE BALL WAS STUCK ON THIS ONE! I did buy them on discount but still, you would think they would open. Every so often I would try to open both of them again, and then the second one that I received randomly opened up. I finally got to put it in! Once I was able to put it in, I loved it. It is a little big and looks slightly awkward but other than that, love it."
