"This nipple ring is so pretty and just the right size. Im not going to lie though, the captive ring cubic zirconia isn't easy to put in! I actually dropped it on the floor the first time trying and it was lost forever (so dang small!) but I called customer service and they said they'd send me a replacement! Yay! I didn't know what I was going to do but they really came through for me!"
