"Septum jewelry looks exactly as pictured. It is small enough that it is not very noticeable and the jewels gives it a feminine appeal. 8mm in diameter so it hugs my nose but has enough give that i am able to move it around to clean and switch it out for different jewelry. Only criticism is that it is a bit on the smaller side for my specific nose shape, the center of the ring where the jewels sit is thicker so that causes it to be pressed right up against my nose, bit awkward getting used to it but otherwise i am very happy with it."

"Very cute septum clicker. I did learn with this purchase that I prefer a larger size and therefore placed another order for septum jewelry that fits me a bit better. I do have a somewhat wider nose so maybe that’s part of it. Also, I waited the full 6 weeks before changing out my jewelry but whew! It started to feel tighter after a day or two so I took it out. Getting it out was a bit difficult due to the tighter fit. I will give it another try after a month or so to ensure I have no swelling. Heads up to anyone who doesn’t have a narrow septum that this may be a bit too snug. I’ll be mostly wearing 3/8 jewelry from now on. Everyone is different, though.. Otherwise, very dainty and doesn’t hang very low which is a plus."
