It's the perfect size for me-- I have to wear 5/16 or longer and this one hugs my septum perfectly and doesn't rub my nose raw. If they had it in more colors I would be buying them all."

Gorgeous but uncomfortable
"I've only ever worn round barbells and captive ball septum rings, so I found this rather uncomfortable to wear; the flat end starts to hurt after a few hours, which intensifies if I need to adjust how it's hanging, and the corners dig into the inside of my nostril if I pinch my nose to scratch it. Otherwise, it looks if anything even prettier than the image, and it's easy to insert, although maybe a little tough to remove after a day of wear. I absolutely plan to wear it to special events and parties, but overall it's a poor choice for everyday wear."
