"It's very cute, but after about a week of consistent wear, one of the gems fell out, so be aware of that. As for comfort, I feel that the gems come up a little too high on the sides and end up irritating the insides of the nostril slightly. Very good for half-day wear, or for a few pictures, definitely not to be your everyday septum piece."
