"Hands down, the favorite septum jewelry I never knew I needed. It twisted easily to put in and take out. The material is stainless steel, and apparently I can’t wear that metal; at least whatever this metal was. I was so swollen and irritated; my nose hurt worse than when I got it pierced. I wish I could find this in titanium or higher grade material!!"
