These little skulls are really holding it all together on these 14 gauge nipple rings! They're made with 14mm durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells. The ends are shaped like safety pins, with little skulls for the top portion. Each skull and pin dangle is totally punk rock. Dangling from the bottom of the "pin" is a tiny bone, possibly what's left of their bodies? With so much gothic detail, once you get a hold of this nipple jewelry there's no way you'll let it go!
