Dangle Belly Button Rings

A dangle belly ring moves with you, catches the light, and makes the piercing the centerpiece of the outfit. Butterflies and celestial charms, faux opals, glow-in-the-dark pieces and tiered gem drops. It's the biggest dangle selection we know of, cute enough to collect and priced so you can.

Dangle Belly Ring Fit & Style Guide

Dangle belly rings use the same bar as a classic belly ring, a 14G curved barbell, usually 3/8" to 7/16" long. The charm hangs from the bottom ball, so the dangle adds drama, not a different fit. If your everyday belly ring fits, every dangle here will too.

Save the dangles for a fully healed piercing. A healing navel wants a plain curved barbell left alone. Once you're healed, swap freely. On gym days or under tight high-waisted jeans, a simple ring is the comfier call. That's what a rotation is for.

FAQ

A classic curved belly barbell with a charm or chain hanging from the bottom ball. Gems, butterflies, moons, opals, you name it. The bar through your piercing is the same standard 14G curved barbell as any other belly ring. The dangle is pure decoration below it.

Yes. The bar is standard 14 gauge, typically 3/8" to 7/16" long. The dangle adds visual length below your navel, not bar length through it. If your current belly ring fits comfortably, any dangle in this collection will fit the same way.

Yes, once your piercing is fully healed. The only real consideration is snagging. For workouts, sports or very tight waistbands, swap to a simple curved barbell and save the dangle for when it can be seen. That swap takes about ten seconds.

Not yet. A healing navel piercing, which takes 6 to 9 months, should keep a plain curved barbell in place the whole time. Movement and extra weight slow healing. Once your piercer gives the all-clear, come back and go wild.

A dangle hangs below your navel from the bottom ball. A top-mount, also called reverse or top-down, sits above your navel on the top ball. Some pieces do both. If you want the on-top look, see Top Mount Belly Rings.

The bars are surgical steel or implant-grade titanium, with nickel-free titanium if your skin is sensitive, and the charms run from CZ gems to faux opal and glow-in-the-dark acrylic. Every product page lists exactly what the piece is made of.
