She got her artist name from one of our team members because she loves black and both Onyx and Obsidian are black gemstones!
An artist her whole life, she began painting and drawing in her teens and never looked back.
She has a total of 17 piercings….as of right now!
Onyx likes to get pierced while she’s on vacation. Each one serves as a fantastic memory. What a great souvenir!
Her favorites are her septum piercing, then her stretched lobes, and then her industrial piercing.
Of all the designs she has done for Body Candy so far, her favorite is the Cute Kitty Cat Yin Yang, especially the belly ring!
The most difficult (but most satisfying) design was the Rainbow Sea Floating Flamingo
Onyx loves skulls! (Like our Burning Skull Candle and 8 Bit Skull jewelry designs)
She also especially loves designing glow in the dark items. They’re so fun!
The most challenging glow in the dark piece she’s designed was the Tree Of Life because of the amount of detail
Her favorite glow in the dark item is the Glow Holiday Peppermint
Onyx laughed the whole time she was designing the Alien UFO Dinosaur Abduction as well as the Cutie Reaper. How could she not? They’re adorable!
