"I was nervous to get such a big piece for my septum jewelry since I have my medusa pierced and overall a small nose. But honestly now it's one of my favorite pieces. I've worn it daily now with no issues (now in the winter it gets a bit cold on my lip lol) and it looks exactly like the photo as well. There were no chips in paint or metal and the clicker is reliable. The fit DOES cover my medusa piercing but I have so many I honestly don't mind. And the Quality is fantastic especially for the price."
