Welcome and thank you so much for being a Body Candy Brand Ambassador! By participating in our Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to follow our Program Terms and Policies. Our Terms and Policies contain all of our Body Candy Ambassador rules and guidelines. Below, we’ve included some quick answers to some of our common FAQs regarding the Body Candy Brand Ambassador Program and its rules. We want to have a great relationship with our Brand Ambassadors – following these rules will ensure we have the best possible relationship. Take a minute to read through these simple rules!

1.) You must be 18 or older to be a Body Candy Brand Ambassador.

2.) Comments that contain your unique Ambassador code on any of Body Candy’s posts or social media channels (i.e. TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Even if you see another Body Candy Brand Ambassador posting, don’t do it!

3.) Do not sell Body Candy items at events of any kind (ex. farmer's markets, flea markets, jewelry shows, etc.). We have a dedicated sales team that handles all of our in-person sales.

4.) DO NOT upload your Body Candy Ambassador code to any coupon sites. We routinely monitor these sites. Adding your rep code to any of these coupon sites is considered “cheating,” and you will be subject to removal from our program.

5.) Don’t share the “Refer a Friend” 50% off promotion! You don’t earn sales from it and that's a special perk for our ambassadors only.

6.) Remember that the purpose of the Body Candy Brand Ambassador program is to bring new clients to the brand and help spread the pierced and modded movement!

7.) Be kind and respectful to all other reps, customers, and everyone else! 

Unfortunately, no. This is company policy. We do not accept Instagram handle names, blog names, first names only, email addresses, made-up/inappropriate names, or business/store names. You will be disqualified during the application process immediately if we see this. A few exceptions would be:

1.) If your name is legally changed (ex. you get married, divorced, we understand these changes happen!)

2.) If you have multiple first names and/or last names (ex. Elizabeth Maria Gonzalez Garcia, we would suggest picking one when signing up or letting us know)

3.) Your name is misspelled! We understand that some of you have longer or more difficult names, but this also what makes you unique! You can always share your shopping link instead, so it will automatically apply to your friends & family's orders! We also understand that some of you are uncomfortable with sharing your last name on social channels as well. Again, you can use your shopping link, the Bitly link is a wonderful option for this.

Hosted by a company called Refersion, your Ambassador account is created by them using your application information. Through Refersion, Ambassadors are able to log in and see their referral code (ambassador code), financials, conversion details, payment history, and your settings.

Under settings, you can edit your name & address, payment settings (PayPal email), and edit your password. Your login is the email you used to apply to the program with and the password you entered on your application as well!

If you can't remember your password, make sure you do the "Forgot Your Password" link. Make sure you log into the "Affiliate" login!

Refersion is FREE for all affiliates.

This account is separate from your bodycandy.com account that you may use for shopping. You cannot purchase items through your Ambassador account.

To make payments as easy as possible, we pay Ambassador commissions via PayPal, a free service that’s super quick and easy to sign up for. In order to apply as a BC Brand Ambassador, you are required to have a Paypal account to complete your sign up. To get started, head to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Ambassador account, we won’t be able to pay you commission (which would be a total bummer).

While applying for the Ambassador Program, you must fill out your PayPal email address in the field titled “PayPal Email Address”. Please know that this must be the email you use to log into your Paypal account, NOT your Paypal link. Unfortunately, that does not work with our system.

Ambassador payouts will begin 30 days from your start date and at the end of each month after that!

Please reach out to us at talent@bodycandy.com! Make sure you include as much information as possible, including the date and any conversion ID numbers shown to give us a better idea of which sale may be missing from your account. Also, to make it a little bit easier, please include your Ambassador account email & PayPal email (if they’re different) in the email.

We periodically send out emails to keep you updated and informed with killer content. We also want to make sure you’re engaged with our brand and the first to know about what’s going on in our world. You should receive an email from the Ambassador program under these circumstances:

1.) When you get accepted into the program! Make sure you hang onto this one for future reference

2.) Our ambassador email series, which will send out periodically! This will include photos, trends, news, and other important information. Please note this won't always be the case and depends on product launches, uploads, and other info. If you don't receive an update every month, don't worry!

3.) Order processing and tracking of ambassador rewards! Keep an eye on these to ensure you receive your rewards.

If you think you’re having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure you are checking the email account you have attached to your Ambassador account! If you still aren’t receiving them, usually re-subscribing to Body Candy’s regular emails should do the trick. If you think you were unsubscribed from our emails, go to the Brand Ambassador page, scroll to the bottom, and add your email to the sign-up again.

This is a new feature of the program designed to help make sales even easier for you! This link is located in your Ambassador account, right on the front page. You can copy the full link or even use the bitly (a shortened link) option provided below that.

This link makes it easier to share your ambassador code digitally and via social media! The link takes them directly to the website BUT DOES NOT automatically apply your ambassador code to their order - make sure they are using your code so you get credit for any sales!

Since our website only accepts one coupon code at a time, your Ambassador code cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout. This goes for your ambassador shopping links as well. If another code is added to the order, it will negate the shopping link credit and show as a “Denied” sale in your account.

If your friend or family member forgot to apply your Ambassador code to an order, unfortunately we are not able to change it. Make sure you remind them to double check that they applied your code before completing their checkout!

Easy! Just login to your Ambassador account (https://www.bodycandy.com/pages/body-candy-brand-ambassador) with the email and password you created while signing up for the Ambassador Program. This will allow you to track your sales and the commission you earn. Just a reminder that your rep code is good for 25% off orders, and you’ll receive a 10% commission on each order placed with your code.

Side note: At this time, Refersion, our program system, doesn’t allow you to see who purchased using your code (just in case you were curious!).

Our system is now automatically adjusting for returned or canceled orders. If you see a negative balance inside your ambassador account, this is because the payment was sent followed by a returned or canceled order.

Your payment history is a tab on your dashboard that accounts for the amount of money you have made so far. It shows you a few things:

1.) What money you have been sent

2.) When that money was sent to you

You can see your conversions under the Dashboard tab in your account. You can see what day your code was used as well.

If you don’t have a “Personal” PayPal account already, head over to PayPal.com and make one. It is a free service. We suggest that you use the same email address that you use to log into your Ambassador account, although this is not necessary.

We cannot accept "Business" PayPal accounts at this time, sorry!

From here, we recommend adding a debit card or linking your checking account! Once you’re done setting up your account, make sure you add your login email address for PayPal to payments settings in your Refersion account and press “Save Changes!”

There are a few situations where your physical Ambassador code won’t work on an order – it’s important to inform your friends and family of these following stipulations!

1.) Monthly Club

2.) If someone uses a site-wide coupon code instead of your ambassador code - this is because you can't stack two different coupons on bodycandy.com.

If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we totally understand! Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. Just shoot us an email at talent@bodycandy.com and let us know and we can cancel your ambassador account for you! We will certainly miss you of course! And if you ever change your mind we’ll gladly take you back.

Nope! The Body Candy Brand Ambassador Program is totally what you make of it. Of course, Ambassadors who spend more time hustling for sales tend to get the highest commissions. But we understand how crazy busy life can get, so if there’s a period of time where you’re inactive, we completely understand!
