There are many different types of nose hoops, including: regular nose hoops; seamless rings; segment rings; and BCRs (captive ball rings). There are also a lot of options for nose studs, including: nose bones; l-shaped nose rings; and twister nose rings. Even beyond that, there are different gem or charm sizes, including sizes that range from 1.5mm (a nice, tiny gem) to 3mm (a big, statement gem).
