Hey Body Candy Babes!
Happy Thursday sweet bbs! Time for The Tea with me, Alley. Thanks for joining me for my weekly e-zine :).

Full disclosure qts... I don't have either of my daiths pierced. Turns out, my little ears don't have the right anatomy to accommodate a daith piercing correctly :(. That being said, I absolutely WISH I could get my daith done and I'm in love with the way the daith looks. This week, I've picked out a bunch of daith jewelry that I've seen other Body Candy Babe's ROCK (and that I would totally rock too if my ears were just a little different). In case you haven't noticed... It's also about to be September (I can't even believe it). We've already started prepping for Halloween, so I made a cute collection of all of our best-selling Halloween-themed jewelry. All of our cutest and spookiest pieces always sell out before October rolls around, so make sure you stock up now! Finally, opals are always a great way to bring attention to any piercing - especially a daith. I've refreshed our Opal Love category for y'all to take a peek through.
I'm also highlighting this week's article over on the Body Jewelry blog. This week's topic is Understanding Daith Earrings. There is a lot of mystery surrounding daith piercings... First of all, pronunciation; did you know daith is pronounced "dah-th" and not "day-th?" Next, there is a rumor that getting a daith piercing may help with the symptoms of migraines. Whether it's based on the ancient practice of acupuncture or just a very aesthetic placebo effect, if you have migraines, you should consult a medical professional above all else... We simply recommend getting a daith if you like the way it looks (and if that's the case, make sure you head out to a licensed and professional piercer). Even if you're already an daith expert, it's still good to read up on the tips and tricks of rocking industrial ear piercings, so make sure you swing by. Our bloggers are posting multiple times a week, including The Tea and our Facebook LIVE series... We've got lots of fun stuff to share, including live piercing videos, FB Live content, and more!
One last thing - it's always a great time to subscribe to one of our monthly subscription packages. Every month, we put together a cute and fun collection of body jewelry that we think everyone will look great wearing... Not to mention the insane value. We've got a club for just about everyone - belly rings, nipple rings, septum rings, nose rings, industrial bars, cartilage, and more :).
Love,
- Alley
