Return Policy

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY
• Returns are accepted for Store Credit Only.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees associated with their return.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original sealed packaging.
• Orders paid with Afterpay are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Custom Made Products (CU SKU items) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

Email us at sales@bodycandy.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Why item is being returned 

We will get back to you within 24 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.

Once your return is approved, print the authorized return form and include it in your return packaging.  Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided on your return form within thirty (30) days of your original delivery date.

You can use the original packaging OR your own.  Please obtain a tracking number for your return because we are not responsible for returns Not received.  Please return in the most affordable way possible, as return shipping is non-refundable. We do not offer return labels. 

How will Body Candy resolve my return?

We offer store credits only for the cost of the item(s).

I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 business days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your store credit details.

Body Candy Return Policy regarding Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged/defective or wrong item, please email a photo of the item to Customer Service at sales@bodycandy.com along with an explanation.  Your email will be answered within 24 business hours. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized jewelry is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
