"These plugs are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I don’t believe these are surgical grade stainless steel even though the description says they are. My skin became irritated with these after about a week, and that does not happen with surgical grade steel. If you don’t have sensitive ears though, they’re gorgeous!"
