"I really love the concept of this design. However, when it arrived the insert end was split and since I had never purchased one like this before I thought maybe it was supposed to be that way. Unfortunately I found out by losing one of the little ends that it wasn't. I haven't had time to contact customer service yet but plan too this week to see what they can do."
