Nipple Ring Size & Fit Guide

The standard nipple piercing gauge is 14G, and the classic barbell length is 9/16" your bar should have a little breathing room beyond the width of your nipple, never a squeeze. Every product page lists the exact gauge and length, so double check before you buy.

Going for a ring instead of a barbell? Roomy is the rule; a too snug ring is the classic nipple jewelry mistake. Most people are happiest at 5/8" or wider. Barbells stay the everyday comfort pick, they sit flatter under clothes and move less.
