Why should you wash your piercing?
as it heals, your piercing will scab over and get a little crusty. Those rough bits of debris can get into your piercing and cause irritation, piercing bumps or even infection if not cleaned away regularly.
What is wound wash?
A saline solution perfectly balanced to be gentle and fully compatible with your body chemistry. Piercers will usually give you some kind of wound wash to take home after your piercing
How do I use it?
Apply wound wash (usually by spraying it) directly onto your piercing - not on a cloth or cotton swab. You want to let it soak in for a minute or two. This helps soften the rough, crusty bits around your piercing. After a few minutes, use a cotton swab or tissue to carefully wipe away the debris.
You should be cleaning your piercing once a day, maybe twice depending on your piercing.
