Building your piercing emergency kit:
Small bag or container - this is the vessel you'll use to house your piercing emergency kit. The size and type of container will depend on you specific needs but remember to keep it easily transportable so you can take it with you when you need.
Spare jewelry - plain barbells, spare O rings, extra balls, spare earring backs, etc. Basically carry spares of any piece that might easily go misplaced
Saline spray & cotton swabs - You may be out and about and you find that you need to clean your piecing. This is important for new piercings as unclean piercings can lead to infection.
Jewelry pliers - These are helpful for stubborn pieces like BCRs
Latex Gloves - Sometimes jewelry pieces can be hard to grip. Latex gloves will give you a little extra grip and will help prevent from dropping your jewelry.
Hand sanitizer - especially with new piercings, if you're touching them you always want your hands to be clean.
Bioplast retainers - Sometimes certain metals will unknowingly cause your piercings some agitation. A few bioplast retainers are great to keep as a backup since they're not going to agitate your skin.
