Get Ready with Me - My Piercing Journey
Ready for my story?
Hey everyone! Get ready with me while I share a little story time about my piercing journey!
I started getting piercings when I was 13 years old. There were fish at the shop that I will forever be terrified of (watch the video for more on that one lol)
My next piercing was my helix. It caused some issues at school but I was able to find a way around that.
Next I got one second lobe piercing (for some reason I didn't get both ears done, dunno why)
My parents were NOT behind the idea of me getting my nose pierced but after wearing them down I finally got it - I WANTED IT! I was a big emo in school... still am hah!
On a trip to Barcelona in college I started stretching my ears... dead stretching that is. Do NOT do that!
I continued to stretch them without my mom noticing up until I got to 12mm
After that, I went to Manchester to get my tragus pierced. A little trouble with that one bit it turned out great
And shortly after that I got my rook pierced. This one was a little painful and hard to heal.
In addition, I got a helix piercing on my right side but it rejected quite fast so I took it out.
At this point, I had still been stretching my ears and I am now at 18mm
Just before covid hit I got my thirds done and my conch pierced
THIS IS WHERE IT ALL GOES BAD!!! LOL - during covid I thought it would be a good idea to pierce my own septum. Learn from me and DON'T DO THIS! I repeat do NOT do this!!
To make matters worse, I pierced my own smiley. One last time... say it with me, "I will NOT pierce myself!" I realized after this how things could have gone very, very wrong.
All in all, I got most of the piercings that I originally wanted but realistically I'm not done.
I do still want to get my belly and my medusa pierced too
OH! I almost forgot... I also got a nipple piercing in college! I was having a really bad day, had loads of adrenaline and took it out on getting a piercing. Funny story, I'm too scared to get my other nipple pierced because if I'm not angry enough it might hurt.
