Q: I saw you guys have faux septum rings now. Do they look real like are they convincing? - Aliyah
A: Clip-on piercing jewelry is rarely designed for long-term wear. The idea is more to either wear it for a specific event (a festival, a party, Halloween) or to “try out” a piercing before you go through with it. Our clip-ons look realistic enough to pass and won’t stand out as an obvious fake, but hopefully once you see yourself with it on, you’ll love it so much you’ll get the actual piercing. If you're interested in trying them out we've got lots of styles --> you can check them out here. Good luck!
Q: What is the best size (diameter, not gauge) hoop for a daith piercing? What is some unique jewelry for a daith? - Jessie
A: The daith can be really anatomy-dependent in terms of jewelry size. It requires circular jewelry so a good place to start is a ring with a 3/8” (10mm) diameter. Then you can upsize or downsize as you need to. We love the look of classic circular barbell (horseshoe) in a daith piercing or a hinged segment ring. An old-school captive ring with a gemmed captive disc is another great look and rings shaped like a crescent moon are still super-hot! Click here for some of our customer's favorite daith jewelry. Happy piercing!
