"I ordered 7/8th O-rings but they didn't have them in stock and I only found out after I had made the purchase. However, I was emailed that they were out of stock and they gave me a refund without any issues or anything. 4 stars cause of the fact I had to get a refund on something that shoulda been labeled as out of stock in the first place, but I do understand that inventory mistakes happen and since they refunded me its all good. They got a lot of cool stuff so I'll keep buying from them."
