"i have small ears so i couldn't get my industrial pierced to 14 gauge and can only stay at 16 gauge. its been so difficult to find places that have 16 gauge that arent just the original two ball ends. i love these so much, sturdy, doesnt come loose. gems are secured in place too. long hair beware though, i had to replace the top screw with a ball because my hair kept getting tangled. but other than that i have no issues"
