"At first, I was sent the wrong earring. I was sent a belly ring but I no longer have a pierced belly button. However, customer service was great. They let me keep the belly ring and sent this bow earring to me free of charge. This is a very pretty dangling earring. It took a good ten to fifteen minutes to get it into the top cartilage part of my ear, but once I did, it was worth it. :)"
