Fit does not change with the release date: 20G and 18G for the nostril, 16G for cartilage, septum, eyebrow and lip, 14G for belly, nipple and tongue. Read the gauge and length off the piece you wear now; both are on every product page. New piercings heal on the starter your piercer placed; new jewelry is for the piercing that is done arguing.

What the title tells you: the metal (316L steel is the everyday standard with a trace of nickel locked in the alloy; implant-grade titanium and solid yellow 14k gold are the nickel-free lanes; Bioplast is flexible, metal-free plastic), the finish (gold-tone and black are PVD over steel), the gauge and the length. Solid gold is priced as gold and made to order; buy-one-get-two promotions do not apply to 14k.

Yes; a product only shows here while it is in stock, so you will not fall for something you cannot have. Solid gold pieces are the exception to speed, not to stock: many are made to order in our own gold department and ship a little slower, and the product page says so.
