"It works pretty well and the batteries last longer than expected! It comes with three batteries, and only needs one to function so that was awesome. The only downfall is that the barbell itself is incredibly long. I thought I had a relatively thicker tongue, and it was still crazy long! This caused it to move around/spin when "using it" (if you know what I mean...). But when all is said and done, I'd purchase it again!"

It's very self-explanatory you do not need instructions at all and it comes with two spare batteries along with the one that's in it already. Definitely worth the money and made both very happy as it was both our first time using one."
