Tiny & Micro Nose Studs

The Micro series is for noses that would rather whisper. The tops stop at about 1.5mm, a pinprick of sparkle or a bare metal ball that looks like you were born with it. Gems in every birthstone shade on 20G posts, in L-shape, bone and twister styles.

Micro Nose Stud Size Guide

"Micro" means the top. The gems and balls run about 1.5mm, roughly half the size of a standard nose gem, on the usual 20G, 1/4" (6mm) post. Your piercing doesn't change. Only the visual volume does. Office-proof, strict-parent-proof, and "is she even pierced?" proof.

With a top this small, the post style does the work. L-shapes are the easiest to swap: slide, turn, done. Bones pop in with a tiny ball end. Twisters corkscrew in and hold most securely. All three are here, and the product title says which.

The volume knob goes both ways:

FAQ

The gem or ball tops run about 1.5mm, half the size of a standard nose gem and closer to a freckle than a jewel. Maximum subtlety was the whole brief.

No. The post is standard 20G, the same as regular nose jewelry. Only the decorative top shrinks, so your piercing fits it like any other nose ring.

The hold comes from the post shape, not the top size. A micro twister grips exactly like a full-size twister. If security is the worry, pick bones or twisters over straight pins.

That's their entire career. A 1.5mm clear gem at conversation distance is close to invisible. It's the classic "technically compliant" nose ring for strict workplaces, sports and family photos.

316L surgical steel for most, with solid 14k gold and genuine diamond micros for the invisible-but-precious crowd. Every product page lists the metal and the stone.
